TDC is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Procurement Administrator in our Group Purchasing Department, Frigate Bay Road, St. Kitts.
Job Summary
The Procurement Administrator is responsible for recording all invoices and relevant documents for goods procured for the TDC Group of Companies (St. Kitts and Nevis) and the St. Kitts Masonry Products Limited (SKMP). The Administrator is also responsible for vetting and recording all shipment tallies and preparing claims based on shipment discrepancies. The Administrator will also be tasked with a variety of clerical and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Six (6) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in procurement or supply chain management is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High level of diligence/attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
