Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding customers by dispensing prescription medications, providing pharmaceutical expertise on the safe use of medications, maintaining the inventory of controlled drugs, and monitoring customers’ drug therapies to avoid interactions with other medications.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and pharmaceutical brands
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit and software applications

Job Responsibilities

The Manager will be responsible for drafting, maintaining and clarifying the policies and procedures of the company. The Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to develop procedural manuals for the company. Responsibilities will include writing, cataloging, publishing and maintaining operations policies and procedures for the TDC Group.

 

Educational Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, (Human Resource Development) or Accounting. Specialization in Documentation, Policy and Procedure writing, will be a plus.

 

Experience and Skills

  • Must possess three to five years working experience in writing manuals or procedures having worked as a Policy and Documentation writer, Auditor, Compliance or (Training and Development Specialist).
  • Knowledge of general business procedures, including, but not limited to retail operations, accounting, finance, risk and compliance, human resources, sales, marketing, and local regulations.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with knowledge of and experience in the application of policy and procedural standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on large and small projects, with changing priorities.
  • Advanced computer software proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software applications used in the performance of job duties.
