Job Summary

The Senior Delivery Clerk will assist the Delivery Supervisor in overseeing and coordinating the activities of all workers engaged in delivering products sold by the Department and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

· Responding to customers’ queries regarding deliveries

· Liaising with sales staff and customers to establish delivery schedules

· Assisting with ensuring that drivers perform daily checks of vehicles and other equipment

· Preparing and scheduling delivery orders

· Preparing delivery reports and audits

Qualifications and Requirements

· At least six (6) CXC/GCSE subjects including English and Mathematics or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Successful completion/passes in at least four CAPE subjects

· Exceptional documentation skills with attention to detail

· Excellent team player skills

· Excellent leadership skills

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be able computer literate/proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications

Requirements

· Two (2) letters of reference

· At least two (2) years’ experience in a related field

· Must be flexible

Job Summary

The Clerk/Paint Technician will be responsible for conducting sales, offer colour matching expertise, paint product selection advice and ensuring the smooth operation of the Paint Department. The position holder will also assist with restocking shelves, processing orders, and understanding the product inventory.

Education, Skills, and Experience

· At minimum, six (6) CXC/GCE subjects including English & Mathematics

· Prior experience in retail, specifically in Paint Sales

Job Responsibilities

The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for providing frontline customer service to clients of the Shipping Department and giving support as necessary to other areas of the department, including TDC Airbox US Mailbox/DHL Courier services.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• At minimum, five (5) CXC/GCE subject including English and Mathematics

• Successful completion/passes in at least four (4) CAPE subjects a plus

• Detail-Oriented with good documentation skills

• Excellent Teamwork

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Applicant must hold a valid driver’s license

• Custom Brokerage experience a plus

• Computer Literate and Proficient
