The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Temporary Clerk at the TDC Home and Building Depot, Pinney’s Industrial Estate, Charlestown, Nevis.  

S/he will be responsible for providing efficient and excellent customer service on an ongoing basis. The position holder will administer in-store sales activities, processing sales transactions, restocking shelves and understanding the product inventory. 

 

Education, Skills, and Experience  

  • At minimum, five (5) CXC/GCE subject including English and Mathematics 
  • Prior experience in retail, specifically in Hardware Sales 
  • Pleasant and polite with excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Computer proficient 
  • An excellent team player 

 

Requirements 

  • Two (2) Letters of Reference 
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in related field 
  • Must be flexible

The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for carrying out instructions by the Supervisor of the Warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and transferring merchandise.

Qualification and Experience

· Secondary School Diploma or equivalent education

· One year’s related experience or equivalent combination of education and training
