TDC is currently seeking applications from experienced, energetic professionals to fill the position of Insurance Officer, TDC Insurance Company Limited, West Independence Square Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
The Insurance Officer will support the Underwriting Department by servicing the policies, booking new business, and ensuring the company remains compliant, and supporting the Claims Department in recording and reviewing claims received.
Main Responsibilities
· Collect and record underwriting information and provide quotations
· Manage the issue of renewal documentation
· Oversee renewal notices and follow-ups
· Provide support to the Claims Department
· Provide Operations Support
Qualifications and Requirements
· Secondary School or High School Diploma
· Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) Certificate in Insurance or Equivalent
· At least two (2) years in a customer service role
· A valid Driver’s License
