The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) is a leading private sector company and an equal opportunity employer in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. TDC is currently seeking applications from experienced, energetic professionals to fill the position of Digital Marketing Officer, in the Client Relations and Marketing Department, Fort Street, St. Kitts.

The Digital Marketing Officer will oversee various departments in their portfolio, leading the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online channels

• Create and execute online marketing plans, including preparing online newsletters and promotional emails for distribution through multiple channels

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms, ensuring engagement and alignment with marketing objectives

• Launch optimized online advertisements to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce engaging marketing content, including videos, ads, and social media posts

• Create and distribute written or engaging content for web pages, blogs, and other digital platforms to support marketing campaigns

• Ensure website updates are current, working closely with website management teams to maintain a seamless user experience

• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting

• Calculate and analyze marketing ROI to determine campaign effectiveness and guide future strategies

• Produce detailed reports on the success and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, presenting insights and recommendations to management

• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and implement them into company strategies for continuous improvement

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social media platforms, working with various departments to maintain a unified message

• Grow and expand the company’s social media presence into new platforms while increasing engagement and reach on existing ones

• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with campaign goals and company priorities

• Optimize SEO, content marketing, and online advertising efforts to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement

• Collaborate with the website management team to implement and improve website functionality and content, ensuring an optimal user experience

• Any other duties assigned

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• First degree in Marketing or relevant field will be a plus

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Officer or similar role

• Certifications in Digital Marketing

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Skills and experience in creative content writing

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
