Basseterre, St. Kitts, July 3rd 2023 – Customers of the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development
Company Limited (TDC) are eligible to win up to EC$50,000.00 cash, in the TDC Mega Raffle.
Customers can win EC$10,000.00, each month until November 30th 2023. To qualify, shoppers must be a TDC Reward Member, however, if they are not, they can sign up at any TDC Retail Store, or scan the Sign Up QR Code on promotional posters, digital media or by accessing the link, https://bit.ly/TDCMegaRewards.
Official Rules and Regulations
ENTRY PERIOD: The promotion relates to Eligible Transactions which occur during the period June 1st, 2023, to November 30th, 2023.
DRAWS: One draw shall be held on the last business day of each calendar month during the Entry Period. The entries for each draw shall comprise Eligible Transactions made during the calendar month in which the draw is held. One winner will be selected in a random drawing for each draw.
ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS and ENTRIES: Only cash purchases and entry into hire purchase contract made or entered into during the Entry Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be eligible for entries into draws. Each Eligible Purchaser shall be entitled to one entry into each draw for each TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS EASTERN CARIBBEAN DOLLARS (EC$250.00) cash purchase made and one entry for each hire purchase contract entered during the Entry Period.
ELIGIBLE PURCHASERS: This promotion is open to natural persons who are citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis who reside on either island; are not less than 18 years of age at the time of the Eligible Transaction; are members of the TDC Mega Rewards Programme; and are not in default of any obligation under any agreement with any member of the TDC Group of Companies.
Employees of the TDC Group of Companies, its associates or subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) residing in the same household of each such employee(s) are not eligible.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Gift vouchers given by TDC Subsidiaries, Associates or those involved in this promotion, to be specific Clients/Customers for Christmas or otherwise can not be applied to this promotion.
AUDITING: Entries across all applicable departments will be calculated and applied electronically.
Entries may be cancelled for purchases that have been returned prior to any upcoming draw.
DRAWING: A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under the supervision of Auditors and a member of the Management Team, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified within three (3) days of a drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact them, the sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received.
RELEASE: TDC reserves the right to publish pictures and any video footage from the local promotion in the media. By receipt of the raffle money, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt of the raffle money.

The Client Relations and Marketing Manager further stated that “the fifty-thousand-dollar Mega Raffle also reiterated the tagline of the Mega Reward Program, which states, “Loyalty has its privileges.”
The first draw in the TDC Mega Raffle will take place on Monday 31st July 2023.

Basseterre, St. Kitts – The monument at the gateway to the Sir Kennedy Simmonds Highway has been given a facelift, thanks to the TDC Group of Companies.
The TDC 50th Anniversary Community Outreach Committee and Staff, on Monday 29th May 2023, met at the third roundabout in Frigate Bay, to repair the environmental damage to the marker, and give it a fresh coat of paint.
According to Ms. Maritza Bowry, Committee Chair, “The upgrade to the Sir Kennedy Simmonds Highway monument will also include the new plaque at its base that will give an overview of its historical significance. This is another one of our many projects undertaken recently on both islands. To date, we have held a successful Health and Wellness Fair on Nevis, supported the Chip Een initiative, and collaborated with the Rotary Club of Liamuiga Saddlers Home for the Elderly Repainting Project, to name a few.”
She added, “As we continue to celebrate our golden anniversary, TDC will continue to engage in more impactful hands-on community-based projects, in St. Kitts and Nevis in the coming months. These ventures will also include many of our social, civic partners and stakeholders, as we continue to give back to our community, as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility.”
The year-long series of 50th anniversary activities and events are being held under the theme, Your Neighbour, Your Partner, Your Future, and will run until January 31st, 2024.

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, May 15, 2023 – The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) is collaborating with the Rotary Club of Liamuiga to paint the Saddlers Home for the Elderly. This initiative which started on Saturday, May 13th, 2023, aligns with the company’s community development thrust which includes promoting good health and raising awareness of national issues.
TDC prides itself on playing a pivotal role in the community and therefore willingly partnered with the Rotary Club of Liamuiga over the weekend. Client Relations and Marketing Manager, Ms. Mia Bailey, expressed satisfaction with the project stating that it went well and will be completed soon.
The TDC Group, which is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year, is marking this milestone with several monthly activities under the theme, “Your Neighbour, Your Partner, Your Future.”
Other community initiatives taking place this month include a Join Hands Clean Up on May 27, 2023, and the Kennedy Simmonds Highway Painting and Restoration Project, which will take place on May 29, 2023.
Meanwhile, the Public Primary School Tour, which began in late April in St. Kitts and Nevis, continues to be executed by past scholarship awardees of the TDC Warren Tyson Memorial Scholarship Programme during the month of May. Among past scholarship recipients expected to visit public primary schools is Prime Minister, the Honourable Dr. Terrance Drew.
Other anniversary events this month will focus on the TDC Automotive Department. The public is encouraged to keep abreast of the many activities being held to recognize staff and to benefit the community.
