TDC is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Sagicor Life Agency, Charlestown, Nevis.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing cash received over the counter, balancing cash, preparing deposits for the bank as well as printing end-of-day reports. The position holder will also be required to process batch payments and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualification and Experience
· Successful passes in at least six (6) CXC subjects including English and Mathematics
· Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel) competent
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· High degree of attention to details
· Ability to work well within a team
