S/he will be responsible for providing efficient and excellent customer service on an ongoing basis. The position holder will administer in-store sales activities, processing sales transactions, restocking shelves and understanding the product inventory. 

 

Education, Skills, and Experience  

  • At minimum, five (5) CXC/GCE subject including English and Mathematics 
  • Prior experience in retail, specifically in Hardware Sales 
  • Pleasant and polite with excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Computer proficient 
  • An excellent team player

The Temporary Cashier is responsible for processing and filling customer orders. S/he will also assist with uploading images, product descriptions, provide customer service, execute new initiatives, and campaigns for the Holiday season.

Main Responsibilities

· Review and process all orders received via TDC’s e-Commerce platform

· Work closely with the Senior Clerk with responsibility for cashiering, to process online payments and or refunds

· Work closely with the Warehouse Clerks and Retail Store Management (as necessary), to confirm availability of products

· Work closely with the Purchasing and Inventory Departments regarding customer preferences, feedback and overall product needs

· Liaise with other store locations and check ERP Application to confirm availability of products

· Communicate with customers and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner

· Enforce and monitor the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing the online order fulfillment process

· Make recommendations to improve the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for online order fulfillment processes

· Establish and maintain good customer relations with the sales, delivery, and administrative staff keeping in line with company standards and policies

Qualifications and Requirements

· At minimum, six (6) CXC/GCE subject passes including Mathematics and English Language

· Associates Degree in Business Management, Accounting or related subject areas, preferred.

· At least five (5) years working experience in a customer service driven environment, order fulfillment facility and/or in inventory management.

The Claims Officer must have a passion for claims handling and customer service. The candidate must demonstrate a detailed knowledge of Technical Insurance and Law, as well as knowledge of practical claims handling.

Main Responsibilities

· Receive and record claims reports and supporting documentation

· Prepare files and conduct preliminary investigations on claims

· Prepare claim settlements

· Submit files for recovery and follow up until successful recoveries made

· Review claims periodically and update their statuses accordingly

· Liaise with Company Attorneys to provide and receive updates on legal matters

· Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system

Qualifications and Requirements

· Secondary School Diploma

· CII Certificate in Insurance or Equivalent

· At least three (3) years in the insurance industry

· A valid Driver’s License
